Oh No! Not Another RPG - Extended Version

It's something that I've been doing for a while, but after quite a long time, we finally decided to re-release Oh No! Not Another RPG. We've change a lot of stuff, tweaks, edited almost half of it  - essentially make the whole thing almost new again, and published it again here as ONNARPG - Extended Version.

But why re-release? You may ask. Why not make a sequel instead?

Actually we tried that. For the past couple of months we've been concepting, making maps, trying new stuff.. But when it comes to story, nothing hits home more than the first one. Perhaps since it's something personal to myself: ONNARPG was at first intended as my birthday present to Rafa (heck even the story is a parody of me making a game for him), before he finally jumped in and made it a family project. There's a lot of cool stuff happening in the project, and also a lot of things we wanted to implement but didn't get the chance to. Rafa wanted to add new town. I wanted add a monster breeder game in it. Rafa wants to add more dungeons, side quests, farming and fishing. I wanted multiple endings, which is unlocked when you complete the game a couple of times.  Though we probably won't be adding all of that into the game, there's still a lot we really wanted to try, and all things considered iterating the game makes a lot more sense.

So, what actually changed? Well for starters if you have played the first game, you'll notice that though it's has a similar design with the previous dungeon, it's totally new. That's right: we re-worked the entire dungeon! I realized that the previous dungeon is very simple, uninteresting and push-battle heavy, so we scrapped it and build an entirely new one. It's now split into rooms, and I added some puzzles to make it more interesting. Battles are still tedious, and we will be working on it next. Have a go at it, though we're still adding feature it is still fully playablea and you can play it until the end.
